Homeward Bound Pet Rescue is an all volunteer, nonprofit animal rescue in the Columbia/Irmo area of South Carolina!
Our goal is to to make a difference in our community by rescuing stray, homeless and abandoned animals, primarily dogs, from high-kill shelters and owners who can no longer provide for them.
